Late Fee Policy
M&J Cleaning values prompt payment from our clients to ensure the smooth operation of our services. To maintain transparency, we kindly request that all payments be made within 1 calendar day of the specified due date. In the event that payment is not received within this timeframe, a late fee of $10 will be charged to the client for each day that payment is delayed. For instance, if a client owes $1000 that is due on December 1st and fails to pay by April 2nd, their outstanding balance on April 3rd would be $1010. This late fee will continue to increment by $10 per day until the payment is received. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these payment terms, as it allows us to continue providing our exceptional cleaning services.
